Hello! Welcome to FitnessbyChelsea!

 

Hello! My name is Chelsea and I am pursuing a Bachelors of Science at Eastern Michigan University majoring in Sports Performance and Fitness with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I am currently studying for my personal trainer certification by American Council on Exercise. I specializes in beginner fitness, nutrition, circuit training, strength training, the paleo diet and the autoimmune paleo diet.

 

I have experienced my own transformation in strength and health by focusing on nutrition, core training, yoga and proper exercise form which you can read about here. My personal transformation has fueled my passion of helping others create a healthy lifestyle while preventing injury and disease. I believe that having a positive mindset and creating enjoyable workouts promotes lasting results and a lifetime of exercise.
