Strawberry Protein Shake
- ½ cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp. Vital proteins collagen
- 3 frozen cubes of full fat coconut milk
- ½-¾ cup water or milk of choice
- Optional: 1 tbsp honey
Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until very smooth. Add more liquid if desired or regular ice cubes. Enjoy!
