Strawberry Protein Shake

Servings: 1


  • ½ cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tbsp. Vital proteins collagen
  • 3 frozen cubes of full fat coconut milk
  • ½-¾ cup water or milk of choice
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey


Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until very smooth. Add more liquid if desired or regular ice cubes. Enjoy!
