I promise this recipe doesn’t taste like you are eating avocados. It is a low sugar option for a chocolate dessert or chocolate pudding. With the healthy fat avocados and coconut milk the little bit of honey added to sweeten this recipe will be slowly processed by your body.
- 2 medium avocados
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk, blended
- 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons carob powder or cacao powder
- 1 tbsp. honey
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high powered blender and process until very smooth. Add more honey to taste. Store in an airtight container in the fridge up to 2 days.
