Today’s Menu and Workout

Hey all!

As I am writing this post it is Friday, and I have a pretty calm agenda today, no running around, classes, or work.

My workout:

  • 30 minutes of yoga
  • 20 minutes of walking followed by stretching
  • Total body- Body weight squats, walking lunges, push-ups, farmers walk, and pull-up holds followed by foam rolling

Prior to breakfast- AIP “coffee” and water

Breakfast- Kale and leftover Bacon and Butternut Squash Hash {AIP}

Lunch: Avocado salad with lime juice, Himalayan pink salt and parsley.

Lunch: Leftover “meat pie” beef, carrot, onion, celery topped with bacon and butternut squash puree.

Dinner: beef tenderloin, Brussels sprouts with bacon.
