What I Ate in a Day

By no means am I a certified nutritionist, and you should do what is best for your body. Nutrition is highly individualized and I am not an expert of any sort, nor do I advertise I am. Your bodies needs are as unique as you! God has created us in his image, to reflect him! Ask God what he designed your body to need specifically. All I can do is share with you what is working for me, and point to him. I hope that you take the time today to thank God for your body and ask him what it needs!



Breakfast- Green Smoothie


Snack- Japanese yam and kale



left over turkey burger salad




Dinner- Flank steak, acorn squash, onion and mushroom
