Pumpkin Gingerbread Smoothie {AIP}

Servings: 1-2


  • 1 can, 14 oz. full-fat coconut milk, chilled overnight
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree, chilled overnight
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or molasses *
  • 3/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds. Enjoy!

*Can substitute 1-3 pitted dates

*Add water if necessary or want a thinner consistency
