Blueberry Green Smoothie {AIP}


Blueberry Green Smoothie

Servings: 1-2


  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup blue berries
  • 1/2 cup mandarin oranges plus their juice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3-4 pitted dates
  • 1/2 – 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup strawberries
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey {optional}


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 1 minute. If you need more liquid add more coconut milk, mandarin juice or filtered water. Serve immediately and enjoy! You can also add some ice to make the drink colder.
