If you have a snow day today and are wondering what to eat, here are some ideas!
Why do I share my food with you and recipes? Because eating healthy is do-able, there are people out there that are NOT eating fast food, processed food, refined sugars and oils etc. It is possible to eat to nourish your body AND it can be fun and enjoyable!!! I hope this helps you on your journey and gives you ideas for the process.
Breakfast hash- beef, sweet potato and kale.

Snack: these delicious strawberries
Snack- A little bit of leftover salmon
Dinner: Kale, japanese white sweet potatoes, and bacon wrapped chicken thighs
Snack- Apple coconut tea cookies
