Pineapple Cherry Nicecream {AIP}

Servings: 1


  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen pitted cherries
  • 1/2 cup- 1 cup pineapple juice or coconut milk


Combine frozen fruit in food processor. Process for 1-2 minutes, scraping down the sides as necessary. Add the pineapple juice and continue to process for 1-2 minutes until smooth, adding more liquid if necessary. For a sweeter taste, add 1 tbsp honey and process. Optional- top with fresh fruit or carob sauce {1 tsp carob powder mixed with 1/2-1 tsp water or coconut milk}.
