Shrimp Salad {AIP}

Servings: 2


  • 2 heads chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 small red onion, minced
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, thawed and deveined
  • 1 cup broccoli slaw
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


In a skillet on medium heat add the coconut oil and shrimp, heat for about a minute or so each side. Meanwhile, combine all other ingredients into two bowls. Top with shrimp and enjoy!
