Supreme Pizza {AIP}

Servings: 2-4



  • 1 tbs coconut oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3/4 cup canned, full fat coconut milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp arrowroot flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp died oregano


  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion or diced
  • 3 pieces fully cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 2-3 slices turkey or ham lunch meat, diced
  • 1-2 ounces fully cooked sausage or kielbasa, sliced
  • 1/2 cup arugula or spinach
  • 1/4 cup sliced pitted olives


Prepare pizza crust recipe and bake for 12-15 minutes at 425 F. Meanwhile prepare the toppings and sauce.


  1. Heat coconut oil in a small sauce pan on low heat. Add in the garlic and cook for about 1 minute.
  2. Add 1/2 cup coconut milk to the pan. Measure an additional 1/4 cup of coconut milk and place into a small bowl. Whisk into the bowl the arrowroot flour until there are no lumps. Then whisk this mixture into the sauce pan.
  3. Add in the salt and oregano. Whisk until almost boiling, the sauce should be thick and creamy.


  1. Spread the sauce onto the crust and then sprinkle with toppings.
  2. Return to oven at 425 F and bake for about 5 minutes or so, until the sauce is bubbly. Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.
