Pizza Crust {AIP}

Yield: 1 Crust


  • ⅔ cup arrowroot flour
  • ¼ cup + 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • ½ cup Warm water
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder


  1.  Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl Whisk together the dry ingredients. Slowly pour in the olive oil, stirring as you pour. Mix in the warm water thoroughly until a smooth ball of dough has formed.
  3. Place dough on a pizza pan or baking sheet. Optional: Lay another sheet of parchment on top of the dough. Use hands or a rolling pin to smooth the dough into a circle about ¼ inch thick and approximately 10 inches wide.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
