Crispy Asparagus


  • 1 bunch of asparagus, ends trimmed
  • 1/2-1 tsp sea salt {to taste}
  • 1/2-1 tsp garlic powder {to taste}
  • 2-3 tbsp olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a bowl combine asparagus and olive oil. In a separate small bowl combine salt and garlic. Sprinkle mixture evenly on top of asparagus.
  3. Place asparagus on parchment paper, evenly spread out so that asparagus are not touching. Bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on how thick the asparagus are, it could be a little longer, until they are softened and slightly wrinkled.
  4. Turn the broiler on high, and broil asparagus 2-3 minutes, watching carefully not to burn. Enjoy!
