Ginger Spice Latte {AIP}


This is a spin off my Gingerbread Latte and Coffee Creamer {Paleo, Vegan}, this version is AIP and I hope you enjoy!


Ginger Spice Latte {AIP}

Servings: 2


  • 1 can full fat coconut milk
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp black strap molasses
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla {alcohol will be cooked off}


Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Whisk together and warm, for about 5 minutes. Then pour mixture into a blender, place a towel over the lid  and blend on high for 30 seconds. Enjoy!
