Shrimp Tacos {AIP}


These are really quick and easy to make, and are packed full of flavor.


Shrimp Tacos {AIP}

Servings: 4


  • 1 head green butter lettuce
  • 1-12 oz package of large frozen fully cooked shrimp
  • 2 avocados
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 small red onion, diced
  • 1 tsp cilantro
  • 1 tsp sea salt


Lay butter leaves flat on a plate and top with sliced avocado. Then place 2-3 shrimp per taco on top of the avocado and top with salt. Garnish with red onion, lime juice and cilantro. Roll leaves into a taco shape and enjoy!
