What I Ate in a Day

Hope you are enjoying these posts that give a glimpse of the paleo life. Today’s version is AIP. I had class and work in the evening and did not workout! Hope you find some inspiration here!

Breakfast: Kale with spaghetti squash {cooked with asparagus, onion, and chicken thighs}

Mid morning snack on the way to class: 1/2 serving of each Vanilla Shake {AIP} and Carob Shake {AIP}

Lunch: Ham, avocado, dried cranberry salad
