Food and Workout of the Day

Hey all, here is another typical day eating paleo.   I hope this helps you give you some food ideas and inspiration. I had class and work, so most of my food is from containers.



Pumpkin Spice Latte. Recipe Here



Breakfast: Kale, sausage and eggs.


Snack: Lettuce, ham, dried cranberries and cucumber.


Lunch: Half of acorn squash, stuffed with pecans and dates. (I ate half of what is in the photo)


Dinner: Chicken sausage, kale and potato wedges




Snack: Dark chocolate paleo brownie


Workout Of the Day

3 rounds of:

  • 6 Front Squats
  • 6 Barbell Push Presses
  • 6 Barbell Rows

10 minutes of as many rounds as possible:

  • 9 Deadlifts
  • 6 Hang Power Cleans
  • 3 Push Presses
