When taking out grains and processed foods. It’s hard to see a daily picture of what to eat. When breakfast is no longer a bagel and lunch no longer a sandwich things get fuzzy.
I hope that by sharing what I ate today- eating paleo will be less mysterious to you. Hopefully you’ll get some ideas, or have a question answered or try something new.
