Crock Pot Rosemary Pork Roast


  • 1 Boneless pork roast
  • 2-3 Carrots, peeled and rough chopped
  • 1 Small onion, rough chopped
  • 2-3 Potatoes of your choice
  • Rosemary, dried or fresh
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Rinse roast and pat dry, place in crock pot.
  2. Season roast with salt, pepper and rosemary.
  3. Place veggies in crock pot, around roast.
  4. Salt and pepper veggies.
  5. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
