Crock Pot Rosemary Pork Roast
- 1 Boneless pork roast
- 2-3 Carrots, peeled and rough chopped
- 1 Small onion, rough chopped
- 2-3 Potatoes of your choice
- Rosemary, dried or fresh
- Salt and pepper
- Rinse roast and pat dry, place in crock pot.
- Season roast with salt, pepper and rosemary.
- Place veggies in crock pot, around roast.
- Salt and pepper veggies.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
