Simple Healthy Breakfast

Breakfast is my least favorite meal of the day to prepare. I hate trying to think and cook when I am super tired and cranky, because of this, I often am lazy and eat something very unhealthy for breakfast {like toast with butter and cinnamon sugar }

In trying to come up with something FAST and EASY to eat that is also healthy, I came up with this cute little colorful breakfast. The fat and protein from the avocado and bacon keeps you nice and full while the fruit gives quick energy to wake up.

Hopefully this breakfast will give you some ideas instead of eating a bagel or toast that will quickly cause an energy crash and be starving in about 2 hours.

The recipe is simple, just chop up some fruit and cook up some nitrate and MSG free bacon. Enjoy!
