Pumpkin Spice Latte

I Love fall {really, I wait all year for this awesome season}! It’s a great excuse to decorate everything with pumpkins and to eat all kinds of pumpkin spice. I love decorating for fall and how everything is Harvest theme {I think I’ll make a post seperate with all my fall decor, but a sneek peak is down below}. The cooler temps mean spending more time outside with family; camping, going to orchards, visiting farms, picking apples from our trees, hosting thanksgiving, celebrating our wedding anniversaey in October and our fall birthdays. Let’s just say fall is a big deal at our house. I am so thankful for all of the blessings the Lord has given us the past year from last fall and I’m excited to write this blog and share with you this yummy recipe.pumpkin-decor

What’s better than a pumpkin spice latte {hello, nothing!}? This recipe can be adjusted according to taste; it is delicious in the morning, afternoon, or whenever {although I recommend, unlike me, that you don’t drink it past 4 pm, because you won’t be able to go to bed!}. In the recipe, I put 1/4 cup of creamer, I may have used a little more than that {I really love cream in my coffee, its basically white when I’m done making it}; My husband on the other hand will drink black coffee everyday happily, so you can add more or less cream according to your taste.

Pumpkin Spice Latte

  • 6-8 oz. of brewed coffee, chilled
  • 5-6 ice cubes

  • 1/4 cup natural creamer {I like french vanilla Natural Bliss, but you can also use a pumpkin spice creamer of choice, just make sure that it is not full of chemicals}
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • Dash of cinnamon

  1. Combine chilled coffee, pumpkin puree, creamer, pumpkin spice, maple syrup, and ice cubes in a blender.
  2. Blend on high, until desired consistency is reached and the drink is well combined.
  3. Serve in large glass or mason jar
